REFUNDS & RETURN POLICY
At Everything Hempd, we want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, you may only do so if the product is unopened and a refund is requested within 14 days of receiving it.
Please check your products carefully on arrival to ensure they have not been damaged during shipping. Due to health and safety items may only be returned if unopened and in the condition in which they were delivered. Partial refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of Everything Hempd if your request falls outside of the above criteria.
Your refund will be made within 14 days from when we receive your returned product. To make a return, send an email to email@example.com – with details as to why you are making the return/refund, including your order number. Any refund requests must be confirmed by the Everything Hempd Customer Care team via email or telephone before refund requests are approved and payment is made.
Please keep your mail receipt as proof of shipment. Costs associated with payment and return delivery will be covered by the customer and deducted from the total refund amount.
A Note on Efficacy
We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations. Because our products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we can’t make claims as to the benefits of any of our products containing cannabidiol. If you have questions about our products, please contact our customer service team prior to purchasing your product.
